This site brings you my running and hiking adventures in detail.  Included are several trip reports which are accompanied by photographs.  I'm more of a runner these days than I am a hiker, but trail running is a big part of my training and I still enjoy going out for a hike.

11-19-2006: Updated the race history page to reflect today's new PR in the 5K. Full race report is also up on the blog.

10-16-2006: I posted some pictures from the trip to Acadia National Park for the MDI Marathon. They are from the day before the race when we went exploring on the island.
